This convening marks the culmination of ARC activities, and will focus the conversation on how arts organizations are considering and addressing changing demographics in the Bay Area. In particular, Hewlett hopes that convening participants will walk away with:
• A deeper understanding of the impact of changing demographics, in general;
• A deeper understanding of how arts organizations can use data in creating strategies to serve diverse communities;
• Concrete skills and examples to grow audiences and deepen audience engagement; and
• New and stronger connections with other ARC arts administrators that will last beyond the day of the convening.
